Terms and Conditions
1. By entering the promotion each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them. 2. The promoter is Better Eggs Ltd, 45 Vospers Road, Lichfield, Putaruru, New Zealand. 3. Entry is open to all New Zealand residents. Better Eggs employees, its associated companies, agencies and their associated companies are ineligible to participate. “Immediate families” means the husband, wife, spouse, parent, siblings and children. 4. The promotion starts on Thursday 25th July 2024 and ends on Monday 29th July 2024 (“Promotion Period”). 5. To enter the promotion individuals must sign up to the Better Eggs newsletter between Thursday 25th July 2024 and ends on Monday 29th July 2024 and enter online at www.bettereggs.co.nz/food-show. 6. Better Eggs accepts no liability for late, lost or incomplete entries. Entries will be deemed to be void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. 7. The prize is a $1149.99 Kitchen Aid Mixer (“Prize”) 8. This Prize is not exchangeable, transferable and cannot be taken as cash. The Prize is subject to standard terms and conditions of Better Eggs. 9. The winner will be selected by Better Eggs after the Promotion Period ends. This draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 10. The winner will be contacted via contact details provided at entry and announced via Better Eggs social media pages and website once the winner has been verified and contacted. If the winner cannot be contacted within five days, at Better Eggs option the winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn. 11. By entering this promotion you agree to give Better Eggs the rights to use the entered content across all marketing purposes, which includes but is not limited to Better Eggs social media, websites, catalogues, advertising, packaging and digital platforms. If you do not consent to your photos/videos being used in marketing materials by Better Eggs please advise in writing to [email protected]. 12. By claiming the Prize the winner agrees for their name/city and photos/videos to be used on Better Eggs social media, websites, catalogues, advertising, packaging and digital platforms and to be available for photo opportunities. The winner agrees to media releases regarding their win which includes but is not limited to, photographs on Better Eggs website, Facebook and Instagram Page, email newsletter and press releases. 13. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Better Eggs and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize. 14. In the event of a dispute or need for clarification, Better Eggs’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 15. All entries become the property of Better Eggs. By entering the promotion entrants understand and agree that Better Eggs may contact them by email after the Promotional Period to advise the winner of the Promotion. Better Eggs will only continue to contact entrants if they have agreed to receive Better Eggs email newsletter. Subject to any applicable privacy laws. 16. Better Eggs reserves the right to modify these rules, extend, suspend or discontinue this promotion at any time.
